Crissy doesn’t quit or feel like a failure anymore.

I felt alone, unhappy, and like a failure. I joined the club because it was about the mindset and I knew that was my biggest issue. I now love myself to be honest. I’m a shy person and I didn’t really comment and say much before, but since I have joined the Foxy Mom Club, I am coming out of my shyness shell and my shell altogether. I post more in that group than I thought I would. All the girls are great and Ranell is just wonderful. Nancy learned to overcome setbacks, which helped her lose 20 pounds in just a few months!

Before joining the FMC, I was having a hard time figuring out what direction I should go in and what step(s) I should make first. After joining, it became so much easier since stages were already mapped out, and there were steps to each stage that you could work on one at a time or a few at a time depending on what you wanted to do. Being set in the right direction was so helpful, but having the flexibility to work on what I wanted to work on for myself was appreciated.

Since joining FMC, I’ve increased my water intake, upped my vegetable servings to 5 a day, and increased my fruit servings to 3 a day. My name’s Ranell and I am the creator of this awesome club. I created the Foxy Mom Club because I was just plain fed up with watching all these amazing moms settle for less than they wanted and deserved in life.

I was so overwhelmed and frustrated with where I was at. I felt like a failure and had no idea where to get started. I kept trying to make tons of changes all at once or do extreme diets, which would overwhelm me and then I’d quit.

FAQ

What equipment do I need for the workouts?
All you need are some light, medium, and heavy weights. In the videos, I will tell you which set of weights to use.
How do I access the content?
Great question. I make this as easy as possible because I know you are super busy. I have the coaching videos and workouts in the email, in our website (aka the clubhouse), and in our private Facebook group as well.
How can I make sure I stick with it?
Girlfriend, I’m not going to let you fail! In the Begin with Awesomeness course, I walk you through how to make sure you stick with it. And of course, if at any time you are struggling, I am here for you 100%. All you have to do is reach out and don’t worry, I am super kind and non-judgy.
I am doing other workout programs, is that okay?
Definitely. A lot of ladies in the club are doing Beachbody workouts or classes at their gym. I am so excited that they are doing something; I really don’t care if you do my workouts or not… just as long as you are moving (and exercising safely).
How do I know if this is for me?
I am so glad you asked. I want this to be a good fit for you too, so I’d love to hop on a 15 minute call with you to talk about it.

 

The truth is, if you aren’t a good fit for the club, I’ll tell you! I guard that club like a mama bear because our culture is absolutely incredible. So if I feel you aren’t a good fit, I’ll tell ya.

What happens after I sign up?
I am so excited you want to join us!

Here’s what will happen:

  1. You will get an email with your login information, an email verifying your payment went through, etc.
  2. You’ll be sent to a thank you page with a link to our group and an awesome welcome video.
  3. Over the next few weeks, you’ll receive emails with access to your bonuses, inspirational stories, etc.
  4. Once you’re in the clubhouse (our website), follow the prompts. There is a video that says “Watch First” and it tells you where to go next.
Am I locked into a contract?
Nope. You can cancel at any point in time if you pay monthly. If you pay yearly, it is a year-long commitment on your end, but if it isn’t working for you, we will talk about it and go from there.
